Good Practices for Bug Reporting

Generally, we try to squash all bugs before you ever even see the app, but once in a while they get through. If you're reaching out to report a bug with your app, we're very appreciative. In addition to explaining your specific issue, it would also be very helpful for us if you also answer the following questions:
  • What version of the app are you running?
  • What version of the iOS/Android software are you running?
  • About when did you first notice this issue?
This information is invaluable for our developers as they troubleshoot your issue. Makes it a lot easier to get to the root of the problem more quickly.
